Flexible Circuits Inc. (FCI) in partnership
with its customers began its LEAN journey in 2004. FCI's
philosophy to LEAN is a daily approach to achieve Continuous
Measurable Improvement (CMI) to add value to our customers.
FCI achieves CMI through the application of RPM (based
on the Toyota Production System), Kaizens, 5S and SPC
among other tools. This approach to adding value to our
customer is driven top down from the President to all
employees, in doing so, we achieve cohesiveness, reduced
cycletimes, eliminatination of non-value added activities,
lower cost, high quality and value for customer success.

Flexible Circuits, Inc. products are manufactured
to MIL-P-50884 and IPC-6013 types 1,2,3,4. Assemblies meet
IPC610 and the ANSI "J" standard.
